Spring - 2024
This course is designed for instructors who want to strengthen their rehabilitative eye and skillset. Instructors interested must have their Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac training and be currently working with private clients. Course material reviews and expands on anatomy, biomechanical concepts, and pathologies. Manuals, case studies, and hands-on practice will be provided.
Foundational Mat
Fall - 2024
This is the first step to becoming a Pilates Process™ certified instructor. In this course we teach you the Mat Level 1 + 2 repertoire along with modifications. These exercises are the building blocks that will set you up for the later equipment courses. We also introduce our Pilates Process™ Principles, the basics of functional anatomy, postural analysis and programming, cueing and communication and practice teaching in a creative, supportive and fun environment.
** please note: you will NOT be fully certified upon the completion of the course. You must pass a separate exam to qualify you for certification.
Reformer Level 1/2
Fall - 2024
This is the partner to our Foundational Mat Training. In this course we teach you the extensive Reformer Level 1 + 2 repertoire along with modifications. These exercises expand on what was taught in the Foundational Mat Course. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how we can use both Mat and Equipment-based exercises to create a supported, individualized program for each of our clients whether it’s in a private or class setting. Continued review of functional anatomy, postural analysis and programming, adaptive cueing, class-based teaching, and practice teaching opportunities.
