Tiffany is a Kinesiologist, Pilates Instructor Trainer for Pilates Process and loves to run. Pilates is a staple in her own personal running program, and she is passionate about other runners experiencing the benefits of the Pilates.

Whether you’re new to running, returning after injury or postpartum, running is your entire personality, or you’re an instructor who works with runners, this workshop is for you. We’ll discuss how running load stresses the body and how to maintain balanced strength, mobility, and efficient movement strategies to manage that load effectively. We’ll explore running‑specific strength exercises, alignment principles, and simple at‑home practices you can integrate into your overall programming.
