Happy Hips

The hips have a big role to play in our bodies. As large ball‑and‑socket joints, they carry and transfer load, offer a wide range of motion for sitting and squatting, and must remain both stable and mobile at the same time. In this workshop, we will specifically locate the hip joint for ourselves, use imagery to improve their movement, and explore how the femur, hip, and SI joints work together.

Release Your Neck & Shoulders

Experience the power of imagery, touch, and movement exercises to lengthen and balance the muscles of the neck and shoulders. In this workshop, you’ll learn how your shoulders are designed to move and explore how the structure of the shoulder girdle naturally suspends from the rib cage, reducing strain on the neck. Discover how your shoulders and neck can become a place of ease and comfort.
