Sobia Nusra (she/her/hers)

With over 8 years of experience teaching different styles of movement, Sobia is passionate about following an active and healthy lifestyle and enabling others to meet their health and fitness goals in a sustainable and holistic manner.

From her first Pilates class, she knew it would always be her favorite way to move her body - it made her feel stronger and more relaxed from the inside out! She now loves helping her clients experience the benefits of this mindful style of movement. Sobia has an Advanced Mat Pilates certification from Power Pilates and is currently working towards her Reformer Level 1&2 certification with Pilates Process. She has also completed her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training and is a Zumba instructor.
