Rachel Lee (she/her/hers)

Rachel turned to Pilates to manage chronic pain and regain her health. Practicing Pilates helped improve her alignment and balance, and has made a big difference in her quality of life. Her personal experience inspired her to understand the fundamentals of Pilates in-depth and led her onto the path of becoming a certified Pilates instructor in all apparatus including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel as well as STOTT Pilates® in Reformer.

Rachel has been continuing her Pilates education and mentorship through Pilates Process ™ Vancouver Studio. She has also participated in various workshops on topics such as Pre and Postnatal care, Shoulder Impingement Syndrome, Scoliosis, and more in order to further her knowledge of the physical body and development of exercise programs.

Rachel is passionate about encouraging and motivating clients to help them achieve their goals. She assists them in cultivating their own empowering sustainable connection between the mind and body. She is pleased to offer her classes both in English and Korean.
