Cadillac Intensive

The Cadillac and Tower apparatus are highly diverse and offer exceptional exercise for therapeutic and athletic needs. For this course we expect that students are starting to understand programming for individual clients and group classes, The Pilates Process principles and basic anatomy. The Cadillac/Tower offers new repertoire and variations that both stand alone, and work in conjunction with the Mat and Reformer exercises learned in previous courses. This course is designed to take the instructor’s practice to a highly comprehensive level.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 30 days prior to course start day, you are entitled to a full refund MINUS a $250 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the course will not be refunded.

Additional

Additional $75 + GST for materials if students have NOT done the Pilates Process Mat and/or Reformer Course

Certification

An Exam is available for the Cadillac course if students require specific certification.

Students wishing to specifically certify through Cadillac MUST have passed their Mat and Reformer Exam through the Pilates Process Method.

The exam consists only of a practical portion (not written).
