Cynthia Miller (she/her)

Cynthia’s journey into Pilates began on a reformer in the late 1990’s to recover from a dance injury. She has been a strong believer in the practise ever since as a form of strength and flexibility training, injury prevention and injury recovery. Cynthia loves teaching and feels privileged to have the opportunity to inspire people with new movement patterns, to challenge them to become stronger, and to achieve their personal health goals. She holds a BA, a BEd and an MEd as well as a Canadian Dance Teachers Association teaching certification. As a high school dance teacher and aerial silks coach in studios, she has taught children, teens and adults how to dance a wide range of dance genres and aerial circus arts. Her passion for movement and wellness led her to study Dancing Pilates from Marta Hernandez followed by the Pilates Process Mat, Reformer and Cadillac/Tower certification from Pilates Process Vancouver. Cynthia enjoys working with people across diverse backgrounds, levels and ages.
